The model turned a commercial success but also kept getting criticized for its bulky and hefty looks. The times belonged to the sleek, even at the cost of safety and sturdiness. But whatever, it also kept getting new processor, memory, and hard disk upgrades, as well as new bright and shining colors to it. Later FireWire and video out were also added to the model.
